| · How do you select translators for my project? |
| Your translation project is done by a native speaker who specializes in your specific subject field. For example, if you have ordered a translation of contract from English into Japanese, we will assign a native Japanese translator with experience in translating legal documents to work on it. |

| · How can you guarantee that a translation is professionally done? |
| All of our translators focus on your language and subject matter and precisely convey your intended meaning. When the translators complete translating your project, they submit it to the expert editor for review. This process ensures accuracy and a high quality translation. |

| · What is your typical turnaround time? |
| Small documents ( 1-4 pages) are translated in 1 or 2 working days. We can also deliver such translations the same day or overnight on your request. For larger translation projects the deadlines vary, but we strive to meet all deadlines, even the toughest. If we are not able to meet your deadline, we will inform you ahead of time. |

| · How much do you charge for your services? |
The price of every project depends on four factors:
Language combination
Asian languages are the most affordable, while translations from/into rare languages are more expensive. The availability of highly trained professional translators in any given language will determine the price.
Urgency
Normally our professionals can translate 2000 - 4000 words a day. If your need is more pressing, we can create a rush order for you that will carry a 30% surcharge for the service. If we are not able to deliver you the document by the requested deadline, we will contact you immediately regarding a possible time of delivery.
The type of project (technical, legal, etc.)
Translations of generic text, with no specific terminology or special style – such as personal letters, resumes, speeches, etc., and the specialized documents such as; contracts, technical manuals, medical documentation, etc.
The format of the source document
Whether the document can be switched into .doc, which the words can be edited and calculated. If not, it will be charged higher. |

| · Are there any extra charges? |
CROSSN does not charge you more than it had been agreed. If you include any changes into your project, which require additional work, we will inform you about the cost for these amendments. We will never charge you without your consent and agreement.
Your translation fee automatically includes:
· The singular attention of one (on occasion, several) native translator(s).
· Proofreading of your translation.
· Complete project management - Your project is of the greatest importance to us. We will assign one of our representatives to manage your project from the moment you place an order with us until you have received and are satisfied with the final product. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. |

| · How can I count the words in my document? |
| If the document is in Microsoft® Word® use the "Word Count" function in the Word® Tools menu. Just send us this figure. Otherwise, if the document is in another format (printed, html, php, asp, etc.) you can send us the file by e-mail or fax and we will count the words for you and quickly send you an estimate. |

| · How do you guarantee the confidentiality? |
CROSSN takes confidentiality and security issues very seriously. All translations remain confidential.
CROSSN shall make every effort, compatible with the electronic form of the service, to keep confidential all documents and all personal customer information.
Information relating to the translation, the nature of the translation, and any information the Customer transmits to Translated shall be subject to complete confidentiality.
Translated shall not publicly divulge in any way this information without previous written authorization from the customer, with the exception of collaborators or subcontractors previously authorized by CROSSN and the Customer, who require this information to perform their jobs.
These guarantees shall not be applicable in the event that CROSSN is required by law to communicate such information, or in the event that such information becomes public domain, independently of divulgement of such information by Translated. |

| Translated works with a multitude of formats:: Word®, PowerPoint®, Excel®, Publisher®, QuarkXpress®, FrameMaker®, Illustrator®, PageMaker®, TXT, HTML, PHP, ASP, CGI, JSP, C, Perl, Visual Basic®, Delphi®, RES, Oracle® RDBMS/applications, DB2®, Informix®, MySQL, Postgres, Access®, SQL Server®, etc. Generally, we provide you with the document in the same format you sent us. Don’t hesitate to ask for another format. |
